About SNAP

SNAP plans to put an end to pet overpopulation in the Louisa, VA area by the year 2010.

Established as a 501(c)3 non-profit in 1996, we have subsidized spay/neuter for pets of low-income families near Louisa County, VA. We also perform area outreach on the life-saving value of spay/neuter, animal identification, and responsible stewardship of companion animals.
